Perhaps I was expecting too much from this Italian restaurant. We were a group of six and most of us ordered pizza. When we asked the waitress if we could remove a certain item from the pizza, she bluntly said no, the chef is Italian. I couldn´t relate the connection of being an Italian chef to customizing a customer´s order? Or is this a cultural thing in Italy? Anyway, pizza Capriciano came and it was nothing worth shouting about.
