Stayed there just one night, but had some problems. We got a special discounted rate on our standard room which was facing the inner courtyard. The room was quiet but VERY small and needed some updating. The bathroom was so small that only 1 person could enter it. The furniture in the room, two old chairs didn´t looked very inviting with some stains on.
We had problems while checking in. Noticed a lot of Americans already waiting for their rooms to be ready (it was 1:30 pm). Although telling the front desk that we had a meeting at 3:30pm, they didn´t gave us the room before 3pm. They offered tea and coffee in the lobby, but the coffee was empty already and no replenish! The area around the Hotel is very busy so if you get a room facing the street it might be very loud.
If you can go to the Radisson SAS straight at the opposite of the Eggers, go for that hotel!
