What a delightful surprise. I know several ethnic restaurants in Sweden to have plastic tables and chairs, oilcloth table cloths- and food that is not at all authentic or good.
We stopped at Prashad a little before noon today and found it to be beautiful and we were greeted by a most knowledgeable, polite and professional host. We were a little concerned that nobody was dining, but we decided to try it.
I think I know a bit about Indian food and it was authentic, flavorful, many choices, service was excellent, the restaurant was spotless, and I will probably regret saying this (because it might motivate them to raise prices) but it was priced as one of the best bargains in Sweden. In summation- PERFECT.
As a side note, we were early and the restaurant filled up and was packed by the time we were midway thru lunch.
