No point in going in to detail on the food since they regularly change their tasting menu (and that is the only option on the menu).
To summarize the experience it was the highest level quality food, cooked perfectly and to our delight it was served in a non pretentious manner.
It was exciting, strong in flavour, presented and served with a sense of humour, beatiful and intriguing.
The whine pairing followed the same characteristics and felt well worth it's price.
