For me this was just plain average. The food wasn't bad and the drinks were ok, the salad bar was lack-lustre, but we didn't go there for that, so on the basis that it was a bonus, I suppose it was ok. The bread did seem rather stale, although it may have just been the style of it. Lot's of photos of celebrity visitors on the wall, which reassures me that it must be good on the whole. As does the varied dining crowd, it seems to please most - it just lacked something for me.
Be warned though, although this didn't happen to us, but we did witness it. A member of staff was incredibly rude to a young couple that entered and wanted to share a pizza. He explained that there would be an extra charge applied and when they questioned why he was incredibly rude about how it is a business that needs to run and even continued this to surrounding tables, as if seeking agreement and it ended up in them leaving. I can see both sides to this, but his manner was out of order and soured the experience for us also.
