The small restaurant was packed with families, groups of friends meeting on the way home from work. Guests do not just eat and run. They can sit and talk for long after the meal is finished. That is positive; the staff do not rush you. Even with a reservation we had to wait a few minutes for a table, just enough time to hang up our winter coats. The crowd thinned out towards 20.00 and new arrivals could be seated immediately. Good food, generous servings. This was my 4th visit over very many years, and I always order the calf's liver. Always perfect. Wine, including a crémant, is available by the glass.
