“Nice design, nice staff, slightly too slow service”
Reviewed July 14, 2014

Been to Broms in July with no earlier booking and we were seated outside. Apparently the restaurant is usually full, so better book ahead if you don't enjoy cold Stockholm summer. The service is nice but it took a while from the order till the food arrived. I was quite surprised with my dish (the main couse entitled 'cured salmon' was in fact cold smoked salmon with potatoes), but it was good. Prices are quite "Stockholmick" - better be prepared, but you should not be shocked comparing with other venues. Located nearby Karlaplan metro station on a quiet street. Last but not least - the design inside is really nice - nothing unusual in Sweden I guess.

“My backpack was stolen in Broms Stockholm”
Reviewed April 20, 2014

My backpack was stolen while I was having dinner with my friend in the restaurant on 15th April, the staff were very helpful, but nothing happened, I just want to remind you to look after your own belongings in the restaurant.

“A unique place in Stockholm”
Reviewed October 28, 2013

If this was Paris you would have argued that it was one of Paris nicsest, coolest and best bistros, even if it was in the 16th ar. ( without the snootiness of the French..) But this is Stockholm and I am so surprised to find this warm and friendly place here. The food is superb, the staff is competent the deli is fantastic! It is one of those places that the locals will not share…

“Very nice atmosphere and good food”
Reviewed September 22, 2013

I have visited Broms twice: the first visit was in the summer when the restaurant had been open only for three days. The staff was very smiley and nice. I ate the best chicken salad I have ever eaten, and my friend was pleased with her choice too. The dishes are big, nicely presented and made from fresh products. The chicken was roasted on place and very juicy, served with fried peaches and goat cheese croquettes on a bed of salad and lentils.

The second visit took place a saturday at noon when the restaurant was crowded. Still the service was attentiv and nice, I had a reuben sandwich and a coffee. The Reuben was big and good - I did not have to eat more that day.
