This place has a very fun vibe and a lot of locals. The bar is Boston-themed and the bartenders are very friendly. Beware, however, being overcharged if you're a tourist (hence the 3-star rating...story below if you care to read it).
We went to O'|Leary's on our first night in Stockholm to meet a friend and ordered some drinks. Halfway through, our friend, a Stockholm native, showed up and ordered what we were all having (but in Swedish). We got separate bills and realized that we had been charged significantly more than our Swedish counterpart. We pointed this out to the bartender who promptly adjusted the price and joked "I figured since you're American you'd be able to afford it!" We brushed it off as a misunderstanding and thought that the American comment was a harmless joke, but when we returned a few nights later without our Swedish friend, we were grossly overcharged for our drinks (two of us were charged significantly higher prices per drink and one of us was charged for 2 drinks and 1 shot that he did not order). We again pointed this out to the (same) bartender who at first tried to convince us that the prices were accurate and that our friend had actually ordered everything on his bill. Finally, she admitted that it was wrong and corrected everything. I don't know if it's because we were tourists and they were trying to rip us off, or if this bartender was simply a bit absent-minded. Either way, check your bill to make sure that you don't overpay!
