Waipo is probably the best Chinese restaurant in town. It is located at the back-side of the Mood Shopping Center in the center of Stockholm. The interior is very nice and comfortable, but there are also tables outside in the summer period.
The food is excellent - the starters, the main dishes and the desserts. All is freshly cooked in an open kitchen, where you can see the restaurants team preparing the dishes. We tried multiple dishes and we loved them and re-went the next day. Some vegetarian dishes are available as well.
At lunch the menu is much smaller so less choice but same great quality of the dishes. I can only highly recommend the restaurant and I recommend to make reservations before going.

We went to this restaurant hoping to eat good food food but unfortunately it was the opposite. The food was not to the expectations and service was not good since the waitress brought the main course before the starter.

Delicious tasty food! Great service and atmosphere. Highly recommend the 8 dishes taste menu for the hungry ones.

We visited on a late Saturday night. Everything we ordered was so tasty and carefully made that we placed four more orders. The food was one of the best Asian I have ever tasted. The staff could have been a little friendlier and pay more attention to us though. We had to ask three times floor the check. One Asian lady who seemed to be in charge of many things was very helpful and really really good at her job. Everything we asked was done by her. The same applies for a younger Asian girl who was very polite and the only one who brought us the check immediately after we asked her to. The prices were a little high, we made a $250 bill to be completely full and not to be hungry but you get what you pay for. First class meat, fish, products, everything. The way they were made was like someone made them with so much love and passion. Every detail was simply artistic. Kudos to the chefs. If I could, I would visit the place on a daily basis. Bravo!

I went to this restaurant because of its pretty good google review s (an average score of 4.2/5 based on 690+ reviewers). The restaurant is at a nice yet quiet residential neighborhood at the center of the city of Stockholm, I believe. There are quite a few tables outside and customers seem to like to sit there. Overall the food quality was good, and the waiters/waitresses were all friendly. All dishes I ordered were kind of salty, though. Still, I liked the Asian tapa (i.e., appetizer) of "Suan Xiang Fen Si Zheng Shan Bei" a lot (despite its being a bit salty as well).
