That is exactly what I told the Chef de Maison while having something so extraordinarily brilliant that words still fail me. The name of the meal, you might wonder - Fired Crayfish.
To make a long story a bit shorter, I am completely head over heels in love with Ostra. First, many years ago, falling in love with hotel Stureplan, which still is my 3rd home, then with restaurant Ostra which is conveniently connected to the hotel.
I've had tens and tens of excellent meals there. The chef and the owner of the place, Johan, is absolutely the best in Europe. I cannot even describe all my feelings and experiences; everything you eat there is top quality. The freshness is guaranteed - the most important thing while having a gourmet meal. Everything from the hors d'oeuvres - you should try their oysters, or just anything - thru the appetizers to the desserts is to die for. Although the restaurant is specialized in fish and seafood, their meat is always a perfect 10.
The service - it gets an extra plus. Your glass will be filled with more Champagne before you notice it is getting empty. You don't need to wait for anything, at the same time you can take your time and enjoy as slowly as that kind of dinner is supposed to be enjoyed. Yes, the sophisticated atmosphere, the food, the personnel, it is all there for you.
Ostra, you have a place deep in my heart. Until we meet again . .
