This hotel is OK.....room warm so slept with window open...little street noise...lobby big but guest rooms can be awkward to find on upper levels...breakfast was very good....great range of foods...reception nice and friendly....location a little out of centre....a long walk!

Room Tip: go to rear

Room on 11th floor was tiny. Open wardrobe with virtually no room to hang clothes properly, no aircon, shower only (no bath) restricted space to move around in. Bathroom had glazed window and glass door allowing full light into room at 04.30 disrupting sleep. Major construction going on meaning breakfast in a conference room and sounds of drilling and hammering if bedroom window opened. Staff were polite and friendly but overall very disappointing experience.

We booked 2 superior doubles but they varied considerably in size and standard. My cousin had room 907 which was very small with a double bed and certainly no room for us both to sit and have a drink or snack. The bathroom was small with a shower....and a considerable amount of black mould around the fittings. It had one window which provided very little air and she had to ask for a fan. My room, 921, was a large room with twin beds (although we had both asked for double beds). There were two windows and plenty of space for us both to sit and chat, drink, watch tv etc. My bathroom had a bath with shower over it. As we both paid the same for our rooms, it did seem a bit unfair. However what we both shared was noise from the road. Even with the windows closed, there was traffic noise all night as well as noise from the Bishops Arms downstairs, and neither of us had a proper nights sleep. On a positive note.....the airport bus stop was just yards away from the hotel and was very efficient. The breakfast was very good. And there were some lovely restaurants nearby, namely Bun Bo Hue and Sangria Tapas. I don't know about other rooms and certainly the hotel didn't seem able to meet our requirements when booking so maybe we got the best they had to offer?

Room Tip: Not overlooking the road

Is a good hotel whit all you need - I would consider going back , super staff . Is not a great location but is comfortable . There is Indian restaurant across the street that serves delicious spicy Indian food.

We went to this hotel for one night before our cruise. It was quite hot and the hotel does not have air condition. We were told that we get a room at the shade and that they will send a ventilator to our room.
The room we got was against the sun and the windows can not be opened (maybe to keep frustrated guests from jumping...) The ventilator was small and noisy.
On the bright side the staff was friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was also great and tasty.

Room Tip: Come at winter
