This hotel could not have been in a more convenient location - it literally took us 1 min to walk from the Armada Express. Staff were friendly, the vibe and decor great, and there was an amazing breakfast served each morning for 3 hours - and it was always fully stocked with all food items. I would not hesitate to stay here again - it made our trip that much more convenient and pleasant!

Very nice hotel, authentically Swedish. Our room was large and comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Great location for Arlanda Express and Central Station. Hotel Bar is alos very nice with a good atmospere and decent food. Did not do breakfast as we were on the road before it started. Free wi-fi very helpful.

A nice small hotel right next to the central station, a great location. We stayed only one night and tried to check in when arrived in the morning but were told that the room would be available at 15.00. A bit of a disappointment and service was quite slow also when we returned to finally check in. The room was quite compact, especially the bathroom was tight, but all in all it was nice enough for such a short stay. The shower had only hot water and could not be adjusted to cool enough. The breakfast was good. The elevators were slow.

A warm, welcoming reception, combined with a nice (albeit a bit small) room and great adjacent bar/restaurant, made this a memorable travel experience for us. We love the "healthy snacks" offered at the front desk and spent an enjoyable evening, after dinner, in the adjacent bar watching the World Cup and drinking the outstanding local "brews" with a fun combination of friendly locals and other tourists. The location is good and the staff could not have been more helpful - providing directions, information, etc. We would stay here again in a heartbeat (and will definitely recommend it to others).

Great, friendly reception when we arrived travel weary at midnight. My husband was desperate for a cup of tea, and when he asked if there was milk in the room, the man at reception said that there would be, but if not, we could have his milk from the little fridge at reception ! A+.

I'd booked a superior room for my husband, daughter and I so that we could have a rollaway bed in the room, and it was certainly adequate for the three of us, with lots of light being on the top (7th) floor. There were bathrobes and slippers in the cupboard, and a microwave, sink, hot plates and coffee/tea in the little kitchenette.

Beds were to die for and super comfy, though don't be surprised if you get two singles pushed together.

Nice little balcony onto a quiet sidesteet, with airtight windows, so no noise whatsoever, and great block out curtains (Sweden in June has sunset around 11pm).

Minor niggle, one of the tiniest bathrooms and worst showers that I've ever encountered. VERY small shower, difficult to turn around without hitting yourself on the taps or shower screen, probably only half a meter from from to back. Really nice lotion and hair shampoo/body wash combo attached to the wall. Good, free wifi in rooms.

Breakfast had a good selection, all staff pleasant and helpful, and an extremely convenient location for the arlanda airport express train 100 meters from the entry/exit of the train station - really well signposted to all major hotels, incl Freys.

Fantastic location overall for shopping and the old town is a pleasant 10 min. stroll, and Sergels Torg 5 mins for the Freetour Stockholm (do this, highly recommended).

Would recommend this hotel, and the superior room in particular if you like a little extra space.

We would definitely stay here again.

If u are planning for a twin share & have extra $ budget, do upgrade to a bigger room. Our twin-share room is TINY. Other than the beds, everything seemed to be catered for one person stay. The wardrobe is pathetically small with few hangers to spare. With 2 luggages in the room, we hardly have much space to walk around. The toilet was a shocker - just think Tokyo studio apartments. It comes with a foldable 2-door for shower, which u've to open up for other things. Asian travellers take note - they don't provide basic toiletries like toothbrush/paste. U can purchase at the reception for 5-10 kroners, can't remember exact amount.

Breakfast was decent with the usual toasts, hams, cereals etc. Location was just behind the shopping street, very convenient for retail theraphy. It's approximately 10-15 mins walk to the central train station.

Room Tip: Pay more for a bigger room for 2 pax & bring toiletries.

Very close to the central railway station and the shopping area in Stockholm city.
Nice rooms with individual design and furniture. Good breakfast, although the breakfast room was a bit crowded when we were there.
Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Room Tip: The superior room on the top floor are worth the extra money. You get a small balcony with view over...
