I loved staying here, the hotel has a lovely character, staff were friendly and helpful, my room(113) was cosy, clean had everything i needed. The location is fab, waling distance to most things and right in the old town which was beautiful. I also ate in the on-board restaurant which was very good and reasonably priced, i recommend the fish stew. Breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: I didn't have a sea view but as i wasn't there during daylight hours this was no problem. Be...

The rooms were really small and uncomfortable but the boat/hotel is well situated. The service was not good at all, for instance one of us forgot our Iphone at the hotel, called immediately from the airport and was very bad treated. We managed to get help at last after almost two weeks of calls to different staff members, including the CEO. The breakfast was ok and you sat in a nice surrounding.

This is a very interesting hotel. It's sparsely, but neatly decorated throughout. The rooms are not as small as you would imagine, good bathroom, tv and wifi (if you can get a signal). Staff are helpful and courteous, the entire hotel is very clean. Hot breakfast was much more than I expected, and the early morning or late night view from the dining room is just lovely.

Downsides are - wifi could use a boost (at least in the bottom level rooms), walls are thin (bring ear plugs just in case you have rowdy neighbours).

The hotel is about 10-15min walk to the central train station. It's walking distance to all the Gamla Stan sights, and honestly within walking distance to most things you'll want to check out in the city - could be Stockholm is just a very walkable city.

Back to the hotel - I recommend this to anyone looking for a non-boring/conventional hotel - it's a must-see even if you don't stay here.

Room Tip: If you're looking for a good wifi connection, rooms on the bottom are probably not your best bet...

What a great place to stay! The location is probably the best in Stockholm and great views across the water. The room was small but enough space for me and my bags - the charm and character of the room and the boat more than makes up for the small space. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the dining area was another great elegant space on the boat. 5 minute walk and you are in Gamla Stan with many restaurants and bars and shops. Also easy 5min walk to the Metro station. Great deal for Stockholm as well; I was in town for work and everyone else I know paid $30-$50 more than I did for my room (in USD) and all were jealous after seeing the pictures my hotel/boat. I wouldn't stay anywhere else on future trips to Stockholm - will be back.

Room Tip: The rooms are small. If you are worried about this, book somewhere else instead of booking here, fin...

the yatch hotel is highly overpriced and you get nothing in return. the location is good if you see the day and dark in the night with no restaurants etc nearby.first the room that was given did not have wifi, so the lady at reception said that you can use it at the reception. i had to scold her that i did not pay so much to use internet at reception then my room was changed. then in the new room there was electricity running on the metal doors and the handles which the receptionist refused explaining that in sweden everything is insulated. madame, even i come from a country where everything is insulated but not our brains. after that when i returned in the evening, there were about 50 people gathered at the recption with no place to walk and were have a drinks party.common u should use th bar or the restaurant for that. why causing inconvenience to the people? i would say a big NO to this place. there are better places at lower prices than this over rated place.

Staying on this yacht makes you feel like you're in an glamourous movie from back in the day. The maritime setup is very charming. The reception staff is very helpful. The hotel is in a GREAT location. The room, though small, was very comfortable. The fact that they have a sauna is a HUGE PLUS!!! I'd definitely recommend staying here. I'll be back!

Room Tip: Floors below main deck have poor wifi reception. I was moved to a higher floor.
