Stayed at the Mornigton for 3 nights in a Superior room (upgraded through Tripadvisor offer) in Sept.2012 and although I had stayed at the Sheraton prior to this, I have to say that this was a true value for money!
The staff is very professional and helpful.
The central station (going to the airport) is about a 25-30 min.walk, however the Östermalmstorg T-bana station (red line connects with central station) is within walking distance (5min.) from the hotel. The room had complimentary mineral water, coffee and tea and there is an ice machine in the hallway.
Bathroom is a bit crapped but upside was the complimentary hygiene products from Face Stockholm.
Free wifi troughout hotel premises.
The breakfast buffet is quite good and has a variety of products.During the weekend, there were a lot of guests in the breakfast area and it was quite noisy and crowded and hard to find a table, however weekdays were much quiter and not crowded at all.
There is a marketplace nearby where you can buy local products and sit and eat local delicasses.
Only down side is the house-keeping as there was accumulated dust in several areas of the room and especially in the shelves with books.
All in all I would come back to Mornigton when in Stockholm. Highly recommended!More
