Amazing. I loved this museum. The scale of the Vasa itself is massive and well worth the visit just to see the boat. However all the other aspects of the museum are also great, with exhibitions describing the life in Stockholm at the time and the raising of the Vasa.

Upon entrance the sight of this magnificent ship is spectacular- however, it only sailed 20 mins so the attachment of historical references is limited but they do try to stretch this out by referring to envy other ship/ naval story Sweden has ever encounter- which isn't much. Go see it for sure but an hour max is all that you need and keep expectations of Stockholm's '#1 attraction' realistic

I do love that such a magnificent museum is based around one of the greatest design failures in nautical history. This ship was never going to sail let alone enhance the naval power of a nation. Great details and well presented interactive elements. Easy to reach by ferry.

Absolut must! cant miss, take a guided tour, and relax at their restaurant. What is most impressive is the model of the vessel right beside the original remains - they were able to recover more than 95% of the original vessel.

This is a must see in Stockholm. A fascinating story of the lost ship. The museum was well laid out and was well presented. The tour guide was excellent (as was her English).
