We spent one night here after disembarking from our cruise ship in Stockholm. Wonderful location and excellent front desk staff and bellhops. (One of the bellhops is Justin Timberlake's lookalike.) The smorgasbord lunch buffet and breakfast were delicious and plentiful. Our room wasn't as nice or as well appointed as the room we had at the Hotel D'Angleterre in Copenhagen, but it was a good room nonetheless, and a bit of a walk from the front desk. The mattress was too soft for my taste; my wife, however, found it perfectly acceptable. We stayed in a wing of the hotel that has its own elevator. I am not sure how our room compares with a similar room in the other wing of the hotel. Many of Stockholm's principal attractions (Vasa Museum, shopping street, old town) are within easy walking distance. I wish we had stayed here another night, as many of the stores were closed for the weekend for the midsummer holiday.
