If you want to stay in a capital city for more than just a few days, this is an ideal place. The surrounding area is very green, with easy walks in beautiful surroundings (if you take the correct paths) into the main city attractions. The breakfasts were very good, with a large selection of food. Although your towels are not changed every day, it was quite nice not to be disturbed by chamber maids in you were not going out early every day. Overall, a very good place to stay.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms that are near the bowling alley next door.

Since Stockholm is quite an expensive place anyway found this place reasonably priced in comparison with staying in a hotel in town. We traveled in a group of 6, needed a place bug enough to accommodate 4 in a room. The apartment for 4 was decent size and clean. Reception been very helpful. We initially only had a double bedroom with a sofa bed which appears very cramp for 2 blockes to share. Reception kindly gave us another extra portable single bed with an apology, they told us we shd hv had two extra beds because we were told the sofa beds aren't comfy but once of us who slept there found it rather comfortable! We liked the kitchen facilities tho we didn't hv to do any cooking but we like that option plus the large fridge available for drinks n food.

Only con is its quite a distance from town but if u take the underground train from central station to Gardet followed by the no 1 bus to sehlstedtsgatan the journey only takes u 15 mins or so.

They do not claim to be an hotel but a BIZ apartment Center which probably explain why they do not have any daily making of beds or cleaning of room - something that will only be done each 5th day if you don't pay extra for it. (BTW the garage is another €20 a day)

The room we had was turning into a backyard - quite boring and with insight to/from other guests. The door handle to the bath room was defect. One lamp did not function. AC could not be adjusted. The Cold/heat switch in the shower did hardly work (you could not turn off the warm water).

Saturday evening we had the doubtful pleasure to be entertained with disco music from the nearby game hall until after midnight.

Of course all this could have been ok if it was not charged to the price of a 4 star hotel.
OK situated at the edge of Østermalm - but should we return to Stockholm we will not repeat this experience,

Room Tip: Studio standard is defined to be 30 square meters - a very gentle handling of measuring the space IMO.

Being Stockholm awfully expensive, this is a very good option even if a bit far from the center of the city (but public transports are close and excellent), as the price is fair and the apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette were you can cook your meals (a supermarket is a few minutes away).

But also if you don't want to cook, this is still very good value, as rooms are spotless clean, very bright and airy, with nice modern furniture, and a perfect bed; the staff is very kind and helpful, wifi is free and perfectly working, and you can get a discount on breakfast if you buy more than one in advance. So it's certainly to be recommended as a perfect choice for a stay in Stockholm

Any hotel that is located above a restaurant called "BallBreakers" is worth a try. We stayed here for a week and it was terrific. While one feels like a gerbil going down the smallish hallways...the door opens to a very nice apartment with all the right equipment.

There are great restaurants nearby (Funkalistic Bistro) and stores within a short walk (ICA) to fill the larder. Clean as a pin they do a complete room cleaning each five days...and the front desk staff is very nice...24/7.

To get there, take the Arlanda Experess and get on the number 1 Blue bus...and in 20 minutes you are there. Very easy...no $70 cab ride...a great spot to enjoy Stockholm.

Room Tip: Try to get a room close to the elevator.
