I have stayed at this hotel for four days in late August. The reception was right and we were assigned room quickly and provided a map of the city. A room on the 16th floor bussiness class with excellent views to the old town and the town hall.
The room was average size, not too big but enough. He had a large LCD TV but I had no Spanish-language channels, we solve this problem with the laptop, where watched Spanish-language TV channels. The wireless connection was fast and easy to use. I had nesspreso and hot water to make tea. The bed was comfortable, with duvets and large pillows, but no pillow menu to choose from. In addition there was a desk because the hotel is very focused on the business traveler. The bathroom was small with a shower and no bathtub and abundant toiletries.Although one day forgot to replenish the body milk and a towel, a problem solved quickly from reception. The temperature in the room was not too warm, sometimes a bit cold and could not graduate. The safe was very small and could not get my laptop 15 ".
The breakfast was very rich in options to choose from, breads, meats, sweets, juices, and hot dishes. The service was attentive and pleasant. Although many people were eating breakfast, was not saturated because they were open spaces separated by curtains as the number of people.
The bar was lively, especially with men and women in business and the restaurant was right even if a bit lacking in atmosphere a few days.
Perhaps it would be a hotel of a higher grade if offered a SPA. There are only a small gym.
-Best of the hotel is easily accessible if you come from any airport in Stockholm and the views from the rooms bussiness. Staff very friendly, especially a guy on reception called Daniel.
-The worst thing is: the neighborhood where it is located, without any charm. That has no swimming pool, sauna etc, especially for winter, when night falls early and not much to do nearby. They do not speak Spanish, the third most spoken language in the world. One day there was a party at the convention center and loud music despite being on the floor 16. Just repeat this hotel if the rate is less than 150 euros.

This hotel is a new one, so everything was really in mint condition. Only complaint was when we were there they were still working on the front entrance to the hotel, so it was a bit inconvinent to unload our car and to pick up. It didn't help it was pouring rain either. But I am sure they have it all completed by now and it is running smoothly now. We did not eat any of our meals in the hotel, but it all looked very nice. The hotel is just blocks from the main train station, parking close by, not on actual property though. All the main sites of Stockholm are all within walking distance of the hotel, so this made our day very enjoyable. We were lucky enough to have a gorgeous day for our one day of sightseeing. Pouring rain when we arrived and the day we left.....I will definetly stay again at this hotel.

We were travelling around Northern Europe and stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. We have travelled extensively around the world and believe that, in our price range this was one of the best we have stayed in.
The staff were impeccable and very efficient, the breakfast selection was incredible, it is tempting to say that there was too much choice!
We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed for 1 night only at the Radisson blu Waterfront and we wish we stayed there more. It is clearly the best Radisson in town. The hotel is a few months old, and thus everything is clean and brand new. The staff everywhere where very kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, and half of them offer majestic views over the city. Breakfast was quite elaborate, and the location was convenient, just adjacent to the Central Station. It may not be a luxurious hotel, but everything is well though-of, and all the amenities make it a very good business property. Free wireless internet, as in all Radisson properties is a plus.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a nice view!

The hotel itself is clean and nice. Do not expect 4 star though...I would say 3 or 3.5 star. It is not luxury but practical. The recpetion area is very small and often crowded and noisy. The waiting area is hard to notice as it is very small and not separated. The location is good although the other radisson has a better location.

The worst part: the front desk service is terrible. They hold some money to my card. They said that they would cancel the hold but they did not. I complained but they insisted that they canceled it. I had to make a number of international phone calls to my bank and verify their mistakes. So much trouble. Very stubborn staffs. Will not be back.

Pros: Clean, modern and centrally located. If you are on a business trip, this is definitely a great place to stay in. Our Junior Suite 1601 was spacious and had a great vista towards the city hall. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Shower and bath, great as well.

Cons: Sound proofing is effective but we did hear some noise from the highway so if you are very sensitive, this might be an issue. If you are looking for anything beyond a business stay, this hotel will not necessarily be your best choice. It has little charm or culture like other places in tow. All staf f members we have encountered are very nice but some can do better at catering to the needs of their non-business guests.

Room Tip: Make sure you don't have an uncleared voicemail on your phone. We had one when we checked in, an...

Stayed here for two nights - got excellent service on arrival - my room was one of the nicest rooms ever (guess that Concorde hotel in Singapore is the only one better so far). Fantastic wiev from the room facing the water and the beautiful city hall. Nice and large breakfast - lots of things to choose from. After my departure I realized I did´nt get my "Eurobonus points" - I wrote an e-mail to the hotel and got a quick respond saying that they had add my points to my account. Would absolutley stay here again!
