This intimate little cellar restaurant in Gamla Stan is a great place to experience traditional Swedish cuisine. We liked the cozy atmosphere, although we heard some diners ask to be moved from a tiny four table room which they seemed to find claustrophobic. One thing which we found odd: foreign patrons all seemed to be seated togethert in a small back room. Coincidence? The appetizers were pretty typical and relatively unremarkable but the main courses were very good, especially the reindeer with lingonberry sauce. And don't even think of leaving without tasting the divine cloudberry dessert! All in all, a very good dining experience. It was expensive but no more so than other Stockholm restaurants, most of which are half the quality of Fem Sma Hus.
