Like the other reviewers, we stumbled upon this place for an early dinner in Old Town, Stockholm. The only person in the restaurant was the cook who had to run out and try to find the waitress/waiter, who clearly didn't feel like working that day. They also seemed too busy with whatever they were doing (there were only 3 people in the restaurant), to be able to take our order and even clear the table we sat at. So, after about an hour of sitting with dirty glasses and napkins (which remained on the table during our meal) and a couple of reminders about our order, our food came. Naturally, we thought silverware was to follow, but again had to go up to the waiter station to ask if we could get utensils. Normally, we wouldn't have stayed at a place with such horrible service, but the cook was so nice and apologized on their behalf, we felt inclined to stay - even when they were both standing around while he was fixing the lock on the bathroom door. In short, excellent food - horrible service, with a staff that didn't seem to have a clue - or a care in the world.
