My first visit to this restaurant was when I was a child in the 60s. I've been back quite regularly since then, with a couple of years in between, but I've never been disappointed. This is a place you can count on for traditional food and restaurant values! The location is a bit odd, down in a vaulted celler under an ordinary building and that's propably why it's not better known to tourists. It's not trendy at all and tries to look medieval (which it's not) but it has the feeling of an upper class German "Bierstube" gone Swedish. The food is traditonal and well cooked, nothing new or fancy but comforting and tasty. I just love this place!
