If I consider the Turning Torso as a piece of architecture, it is marvellous and well worth seeing.
If I think of it as a tourist attraction, it doesn't have much to offer. Do I go there? Yes. Often: No.
It is a residential building which doesn't give tourists access. There is neither an observation platform nor a restaurant on the top floor. (What a pity.)
See it from close, and you will crick your neck; see it from a distance (i.e. anywhere in Malmö) and it looks exciting. Does it turn? No. Is it twisted? Yes, the façade is, absolutely.
Does it have anything else to offer? Well, nearby is a skatepark, a "green" food market, and the ocean front with a few cafes.

Thank Kurt M

The building welcomes you across the bridge into Malmo. It is a stunning piece of architecture, Some nice cafes and restaurants nearby on the sea front. Sadly the building is mostly residential and there is no observation deck.

This is not a tourist attraction. It is a building, that twists. I don't know why its listed here as an attraction. No need to plan to go and see it as it is visible from every point in Malmo. You can see it from the bridge crossing over from copenhagen.

Worth a visit as its different, more of a site to see, best viewed from the skate park as you get a good view of the whole tower, the skate park is also good if you have children in tow, next to the tower is Green Matmarknad, a green food market also worth a visit, then walk past the tower towards the sea, to view the bridge.

Very interesting building with a unique design that is worth looking at from different angles. Worth visiting up close if you have time but don't go out of your way to see it as it is located in a modern residential area with not much else around, although it is next to a park overlooking the Øresund which is nice to walk around if the weather is good, but gets cold and windy if not.

You don't even have to be in Malmö to catch a glimpse of this building as it is visible even from Copenhagen!
