If I consider the Turning Torso as a piece of architecture, it is marvellous and well worth seeing.
If I think of it as a tourist attraction, it doesn't have much to offer. Do I go there? Yes. Often: No.
It is a residential building which doesn't give tourists access. There is neither an observation platform nor a restaurant on the top floor. (What a pity.)
See it from close, and you will crick your neck; see it from a distance (i.e. anywhere in Malmö) and it looks exciting. Does it turn? No. Is it twisted? Yes, the façade is, absolutely.
Does it have anything else to offer? Well, nearby is a skatepark, a "green" food market, and the ocean front with a few cafes.
