We did the road trip to Skane and Malmo, Sweden in November 2012. It took us more than 7 hours driving ,but on the way, we stopped at one of Ikea's buffet restaurant,(don't really like the food.) very rich in cream. The city of Malmo, is a commercial centre of southern Sweden. Very easy to reach, either by boat, plane, train or car and excellent rail connections. All roads in the magnificent province of Skane lead to Malmo. In the city centre, you will find this Malmo city Hall, nice architecture and beautiful fountain. Take notice, majority of the buildings ,the color is shade of red if not lemon yellow. What is spectacular , is the very modern Malmo railway station. Maybe its worth bringing your own sandwiches if you're having a road trip because, food maybe is not according to your tastebud.
