We came twice and have to say the whole experience fantastic. The food is amazing - taking on portuguese poor cuisine and twisting it into modern day masterpieces. We tried the xerem rio formosa - polenta with clams in - lovely. We also had the pork tasting plate yum!! The 2nd time we came we had the pork and clams (very traditonal) absolutely gorgeous. Make sure you come hungry - starve all day if you have to - and have all courses including dessert the chocolate coulant with tangerine sorbet is a winner for me and the port wine sorbet was the winner for my husband! See you next year xerem
