“Warm welcome for New Years Eve”
Reviewed December 31, 2012 via mobile

I did not have a reservation and was welcomed for the New Years Eve dinner, as Italians do. The wine was perfect. Although it was a set menu they adapted to my request. The coffee at end was excellent.

“Really good food”
Reviewed December 5, 2012

We passed by Frascati on Saturday evening and it appeared to be a popular choice as every table was occupied and it appeared to have a cosy ambience and relaxed vibe. Unfortunately when we went to eat on the Sunday (around 4pm as we had to catch our flight) the mood was somewhat different with stark lighting and only 2 other tables occupied so not a great ambience at all......but let's put that down to us eating at an usual time between lunch and dinner. The food however was delicious! Fresh ingredients, generous portions and well presented. We both had bruschetta to start with followed by penne arriabata and ravioli...all were delicious. Bill was reasonable too at just £40 for 2 starters, 2 mains, a glass of house white (also very nice) and a soft drink. For the full dining experience I would recommend eating at a normal time!

“Nice food, reasonable prices, attractive surroundings”
Reviewed December 3, 2012

This place was exactly what we we were looking for - nice food and wine - with a vegetarian option (not very common in central Copenhagen which is why we found ourselves in an Italian), attractive surroundings, reasonable prices. It is also very convenient for the Vesterbro hotel district.

“Great food”
Reviewed November 11, 2012

We stumbled accross Frascati on our first night in Copenhagen as it was close to our hotel and we chose this as we needed food after a long day of travelling.
It was definitely a good choice.
Service was friendly and the menu was varied. Price was reasonable for Copenhagen.
We returned on the last night of our stay, as we tried to get into a couple of other restaurants and there was a long wait for tables.
Try the carbonara. Best I've ever had!

“Good food and relaxed”
Reviewed October 29, 2012

Enjoyed the evening meal. Nice not to be rushed even though it was busy when we arrived. Carbonara was a generous portion, Penne Arrabiata was perfect, Tiramasu was lovely. Waiters were fine and unfussy and not over attentive which suited me, didn't feel we had to leave once I had my last mouthful!
