We visited as part of a Christmas weekend visit to Copenhagen.
We selected this restaurant based upon reviews and Michelin status.
It was a fantastic culinary experience. A fixed taster menu, all of which was excellent. Veal was replaced with chicken where requested. We declined the wine pairing option, mainly based upon very high prices.
The service was good with each course and wine being introduced to us in intricate and interesting detail.
At this price and with this reputation I would expect everything to be perfect. Some of the courses came out luke warm or served on very cold plates. Our feedback was not well received or handled, prompting further feedback. Subsequent courses were served at better temperatures.
With a most welcome gesture, our bill was significantly reduced, and we left having very much enjoyed the food and the experience, a little disappointed at the shortcomings, but pleased with the gesture of goodwill. Would i go back? No, there are so many other great restaurants to choose from, and this was not sufficiently perfect to entice us back
