The waiters have not got the overview of the customers and whos turn it is. Handeling multiple orders at the same time left my beer with another customer. Heavily overpriced - large beer (0,5 liters) 72 DKK and a small bowl of peanuts 35 DKK!

I was among 40 guests on a fixed menu. It is hard to get the food right when cooking for large numbers, ensuring it is hot when brought to the table, that the menu satisfies everyone, but these people managed. The rooms are interesting, so it is a pleasant place to eat. They have a good wine list and we were given four different wines with the food. The service was speedy yet unobtrusive and the meals were explained by the waiter at each course.
It enjoyed it and look forward to going back when I can choose the menu myself.

Set in former two adjacent stores with great windows, the restaurant has kept the overall set up of " 2 magasins" (not the local department store in CPH) while making it very light and bright with beige walls adorned with maps of French wine regions.

Very careful and attentive staff: our little group of 7 went in majority for salad and fish. This made the wine selection easy: Sancerre, crisp and not too cold. Personally I liked the combination of cuttlefish with pig, surprising but delicious. The fish of the day was monkfish over slightly cooked veggies: superb fish. I skipped desert.

The tables were not too close and this allowed for an easy conversation.

Overall, a delicious inventive French cuisine to enjoy (if you have time: my only negative it took close to 1h between appetizer and main course) with a great discussion. A real gem.

We have dined several times at Sommelier in Copenhagen and have allways had a fantastic experience.
The first impression in Copenhagen airport was equally positive. Extremely friendly and positive waiters. The menu is great but the food delivered really is real cafeteria style. we might have been there on a bad day but the kitchen couldn't even do the side order spinache properly, it was a more like a spinache soup.
A classical example of the dangers in franchising or brancing out your name.
Please bring the discipline back to the kitchen and we will happily return to the attentive and funny waiters.

Went with my wife and had the 3 course meal recommended by the chef with accompanying wine recommendations.

Positive:
- Wine pairings were excellent
- Nice atmosphere
- Good first course
- Nice tender meat for main course

Negative:
- The sauce for the main course was over reduced and the boch choy a bit overcooked
- The dessert was covered in licorice which killed all other tastes

We had high expectations; the restaurant does have a bib gourmand. All in all the meal was good (except for the dessert) and we walked away happy, but we were expecting so much more.
