We were walking in the Norrebro area and decided that we would like to have some lunch. Our guide book recommended this café which is situated alongside one of the long string of lakes in Copenhagen.
We arrived at 13.15 and the place was full so we walked around the area and came back 30 minutes later and managed to get a table. It was a public holiday "prayer day" and although a Friday they were serving the weekend brunch buffet. The café seemed very popular with families and there was a nice atmosphere. We ordered the brunch and helped ourselves to a good choice of items from meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, savoury and sweet items. I had a small beer and Jackie had an Earl Grey tea.
Food wasn't anything special but still made for a very pleasant lunch. At 250 Krone it was also very reasonable. Its a café with a nice atmosphere and worth a visit if nearby. Would be pleasant spot in good weather as there are some outside tables overlooking the lake.
