A nice enough hotel in a great central location. We stayed in Copenhagen for 24 hours but managed to cram a lot in from this base! We stayed on the 6th floor. Rooms are of average size. I had a great sleep so noise wasn't an issue and the bed was comfy! Nice clean bathroom and staff are friendly.

This a hotel 2 blocks from the train station with easy access to most of the sights. The rooms are adequate(not big), but servicable. Two issues are the noise(one of the problems with the location and nearby construction and temp control. We stayed during a warm snap, and the room was cool but the humidity did not clear the room during the day. It cooled at night. The lobby is not cooled. Breakfast was excellant, and the staff very helpful. Try to get a room high up and off the main road.

Room Tip: Stay as high as possible and not on the main street.

Location can't be beat, near train station, Tivoli, Stroget. Room is small, bed is uncomfortable, bathtub is very high and slippery. Coming from a 4-star hotel in Stockholm, we felt the difference right away.

We really had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Ideally located to all the tourist attractions and Restaurants. The Breakfast Buffet was sumptuous and I must mention this here that, one had to arrive before 8.30 a.m. or else wait in the long queue to be seated. The Tivoli Gardens was just behind The Square, further down the street and across the signal was the long lane for shopaholics which lead to the Stork Fountain and towards the Gammel Stand where you could hop on a boat cruise to know more about Copenhagen.

Room Tip: Rooms on the First Floor are easier to access as waiting for the elevator is a little tiring.

Located only two blocks from Tivoli, the hotel is central to many sights in Copenhagen. The Hotel is very neat, modern and clean. The Superior room is more than adequate for ones needs. The staff is friendly and courteous. There is wi-fi and you can use their computer to print out boarding passes(for those next day flights) Complimentary umbrellas are provided for those rainy days. There are coffee shops and restaurants on the block. They also were able to get us into our rooms around 12, instead of waiting till 3. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

I can be short for this trendy hotel:

Service was good
Room was clean
Wifi was good
Breakfast had a wide variety of foods and drinks
Check in and check out went fast
Aircon was quiet and working well
Great location

Superior room had a good desk, 2 beds, couch, table and a chair, so the room was a bit full.
The beds were kind of small with a big gap in between and the matrasses were soft and wobbly to sleep on. Nevertheless I would sleep here again.

The hotel is very central in Copenhagen and you are minutes away from the central station which is a very big plus. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The WiFi is fast and easy to connect to. The staff was very friendly and try to help with everything they could. There is a fix price 230 Danish Krona for the taxi from the hotel to airport and they come very quickly.
The downsides of the hotel are no many, but there are anyway. The doors for the elevators are a killer since you need to open then to get access to the elevator and they are heavy and bounce back at you easily, so be careful there. The other thing that didn't impress me much was the breakfast, it was pretty poor and almost no warm food, I didn't find any anyway. Further more it is quite expensive at 145 Danish Krona and you have to pay extra for an espresso. So, for me the breakfast was not so good. Finally, the AC was quite noisy in this particular room I was this time, first floor. I have visited this hotel a couples of times before and don't recall such a noisy AC in the upper floors.
I would recommend this hotel for short business trips.
