“Great location”

First visit to Copenhagen, this was centrally located for most things. The train station is a few minutes walk around the corner, as is Tivoli Gardens (you can also book tickets for this on reception). We had a standard room which didn't include tea & coffee facilities, but were told that some guests bring their own travel kettle and can help themselves to coffee etc from the reception area (wish we had known this beforehand!). We ate out so cannot comment on the food. The hotel is clean and tidy and the reception area is very modern looking (lots of apples everywhere!) with internet available. Reception staff were very helpful and spoke good English (as do most people in the city). Although some people have commented on the noise levels, we weren't facing the main street and found it very quiet (despite the bars a few doors down).

I was on a business trip for a 4 nights stay. The hotel is located in a very convenient location very close to Tivoli Garden, the Central Station, the Stroget (a pedestrian street with shops and malls) and in a walking distance from most sights and attractions of Copenhagen. The room (superior single) was small (approx. 15m2) but comfortable and clean. The noise from outside was a bit annoying, since the hotel buliding is on the corner of two busy streets and there were also some road works in progress. Free wifi internet is available. The reception staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet lacked hot dishes (omelette, sausages, etc.)

We stayed there for 4 night and had upgraded to a superior room. That was not worth the money, you can spend those extra money in Tivoli instead. Very nice location and you don't notice the traffic outside at all.

I was with a group travelling on business. The location is a reasonable walk from the central railway station; the new Metro line will have a station across the street. The room was small, modern, comfortable, good small bathroom, free internet. Our rate didn't include breakfast. Since we left before breakfast service started, there were free croissants and coffee in the lobby. Good service.

We booked the hotel for a 3 nights stay in Copenhagen. Our plane was delayed and lost the connecting flight to Copenhagen. So we missed our 1st night at the hotel. Finally arriving early in the 2nd morning, and requested for our room and the reception staff told us there was no room availiable and that the only availiable was a superior room therefore we had to pay the upgrading fee. This was a bit frustrating because since we had already paid for 3 nights!! We were so tired from the flight delays that we did not make an issue..
Apart from that the hotel is just a breath away from Tivoli, Stroget and Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek. Our room was on the 6th floor, clean and comfortable. Because we did not have a view of the main street, it was very quiet. Our booking did not include breakfast, but the city has so nice bakeries where you can enjoy a good breakfast.

My wife and me decided to spend our 40th marriage anniversary in Copenhagen. The staff in the hotel, which we didn,t learn to know better, was truly friendly. We did not learn to know them because everything worked very well. The location of the hotel was excellent, which we of course knew when we made our booking. The room was OK, a bit noicy but to expect silece in the center of a big metropol is not realistic. Generally we don't like fitted carpets, but the one in our room looked clean. The breakfast was tasty, although not rich. But, with the danish tastes, excellent cheese and liver paté and not to forget the danish pastry, the average grade is very good. Generally our visit to the "Wonerful Copenhagen" was gorgeous and we have to remember that the Square hotel was an important part of our stay. "Tusind Tak", we will come back.

Good location right on "Rådhusplatsen". Close to railwaystation, Tivoli, Ströget, Wallmans, shops and all you may ask for.
Room was rather small. A lot of noice from the street ((traffic) so if you require a silent room you should look for another hotel.
Breakfast was very busy and really noisy. The hotel absolutely need to do something. It was like in school. The buffet was not big, but enough. Not impressive.
I may stay there again - but then only for the location.
