This hotel is a basic one, essential but good and convenient for business or if you want a good stay not far from airport and downtown. Rooms are ok breakfasts is good and the gym is well equipped. Rooms on the main street side could be noisy.

I’ll be short and efficient here. Avoid this hotel. Staff is good and breakfast is great but the rooms are incredibly bad with uncomfortable beds, no decoration at all, a bathroom that looks like it is from an autopsy room catalogue, dirty toilet. And I paid 300$ per night for this. Ridiculous. Never again.

I have been at the hotel for three days and have yet to find the marina or the sunset terrace. The website photographs fail to show the motorway or the tower cranes....The iron in the room had a broken cable with exposed live wires... Overall the hotel portrays itself as one thing but the reality is something else....oh by the way it is also in the middle of nowhere.

I am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. The marina can be seen from our Superior rooms, the rooms which are overlooking the hotels parking. It just behind the tree line, and takes about 10 minutes to walk to. We are always happy to help you find your way around if need, just ask our staff at the reception, and we will provide maps, and ideas on where to go. Although the area of Sluseholmen is still very much under construction, it still has a lot to offer.
I must apologize for the iron being broken in the room, I hope you had a chance to report it, we would gladly fix or replace it.

No bath, no fridge, no kettle, no a/c ; cheerless, charmless room. Tiny single beds pushed together, laminate floor, stained lavatory and no toiletries. Middle of nowhere next to a noisy, busy road and, god help me, I’m here for 3 days. Well done to the travel agent who booked this grim hotel.

I am sorry you didn't enjoy stay with us. Our standard rooms are typically without kettles, fridges and bathtubs. They are also either fitted with 2 single beds or one queen size bed. We have other options of rooms that might have made your stay more pleasant. You are always welcome to contact the reception if you wish to see what other possiblites there are.

Unfortunately I had to mention "but", because I tried hard to keep this out but seems they insist to force me write that.
The hotel as advertise is nicely renovated, most rooms are well looking and furnished, though I think furniture is not made for commercial use. Some rooms even have furniture placed not logically (check one of the pictures)
Staff are great especially in the bar/restaurant, so hat down for them. Thanks.
Front desk staff are also perfect except some that you got feeling been hired because no other choice found. As I said thanks for most of them for their professionalism and their charm.
Hotel is very clean, house maid are the real heroes here !!
Breakfast is magnificent with nice Chief touch of Ginger shots :)
Location is OK, close to airport but not very accessible by public transport. Good for guests arriving by cars.
In my last stay, I was placed on 4th floor. The room here changed my view on "newly renovated"as clearly you can see rot on bath tiles especially on corners. 5th floor in the other hand looks perfect. So the place lack continues maintenance.
The big disappointment I see is management response to customers requests, for over three weeks I kept reminding them of missing disinfection liquid in the Gym. Always promises that it will be addressed with NO ACTIONS. I postponed my review hoping they will finally take actions but after couple of visits I lost hope. It should not be that hard to place a sprayer filled with water and some cleaning solution. Please finally take actions!!!

I must apologize for the disinfection liquid missing in the gym. We have stocked it up again, apparently our supplier ran out, and we needed to wait until it got restocked. So even though we would have loved to respond to your first request, we weren't able to do so.
I must also apologize for the condition of the room you were in last time, we are following up on the work that needs to be done there. Thank you for this feedback.
