Three colleagues and I had booked a table here for lunch during a conference at the attached Bella Center. Good thing we did: there are very few restaurants in the area of the huge conference center; and, everyone is scrambling for a table, especially at lunch. The food was good and the service was both friendly and quick: important at lunchtime. The prices are high (where are they not in Copenhagen?) and the menu somewhat limited. Though the view from the 23rd floor is panoramic, the surrounding geography is about as interesting as the vast agricultural central plains of the United States: flat as a pancake and not a tree to be seen. The building that it's in, the Bella Sky Hotel as one of the weirdest bits of architecture I've even seen

Nice view although the hotel is surrounded by flat mildly uninteresting land. Expensive and not a great sortiment to choose from.

We came to the Balcony Restaurant for dinner while we are in Copenhagen for a conference. It took them over a hour to get our food and the pasta I ordered was cold after all the time we waited. The drink we ordered never came. Very frustrating experience especially while out with business collegues.

I complained to the hostess and she did not even apologize. At the end, she asked us to walk up to the front register to pay, while the guests at our adjacent tables were able to pay at their tables. The bill charged us something that we did not order, we corrected her. She reversed the charges but said something in Danish with her colleague and they both laughed while we were standing there waiting for the receipt to print. Very rude service.

I do not recommend the dining experience here. We walked out the door very disappointed, and it is just frustrating to go through these type of experience when you are dining out with business colleagues.

Fantastic venue, overlooking all areas of the city with full panoramic glass windows, mood lighting at night. Good food and wine on the 23rd floor

With an excellent Nordic tapas on the menu. Friendly and helpful service. A view that is breath taking 360 degrees.
