Definitely overcame my fear of heights and was well worth it! The most amazing view from the top over to Sweden and of course the rest of Copenhagen. Very inexpensive and should be on every tourist's to do list.

If you like a bit of a height challenge and don't mind the line moving slowly, the view is pretty great. My legs were wobbly for a while afterwards! There is a toilet on the ground floor as you enter, which was a nice surprise.

Better than round tower. But go earlier to avoid too many visitors since the staircase is so narrow that going up and getting down are not allowed at the same time.

a baroque church painted browny black which gold. Most famous for its corkscrew spire with an external winding staircase that can be climbed to the top, offering extensive views over the city and the reason I was here.

So I climbed it. It was very steep. Climbed right through the bells. Two massive ones over metre tall and 6 smaller ones half the size. There were warnings that the bells were in use and minutes after reaching the external staircase, i was outside and my eardrums spared.

Fab view of the city and lovely breeze. If raining, wouldn't do it, outside steps are copper and would be slippy.
40 krone entrance

If you are do not like tight spaces this is not the spot for you. Stairs designed for one way traffic used for two way traffic. Leave the backpacks behind.

Snake your way up the stairs and spirals to get to the viewing platform. The more people you let pass you that are going down will make more space at the top.

View at the top is fantastic.

Might want to avoid on a hot an humid day due to limited air flow as you climb the indoor portion of the tower. And your fellow climbers will be perspiring.

Had a great climb. Took lots of photos for couples enjoying the view.
