“One of the places I like the most in Copenhagen”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 11, 2013

For me this is one of the most beautiful attractions of Copenhagen. and the highest place from where you can see Copenhagen, its roofs and its canals.
The architecture of the tower is great, and the rise of the outer spiral is a good unusual experience.
Obviously everything' narrow, so best to go when there are few tourists. The bell tower is closed in case of rain, because the spiral stairs are clad in metal, then would be slippery.
Very nice also the first part of the climb: don't forget to stop to watch the bells, the mechanisms that move them, and the incredible wooden supports interior of the tower ... in such a hurry to climb the spiral, there's the risk to lose these beautiful details ...

“Beautiful view of the city”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 6, 2013

An excellent view of the city. A long and steep climb but worth the effort. As the wind blows you can feel a bit unstable but this is quite a wonderful experience. The church itself is also worth a glance.

“Worth the Climb”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 6, 2013

The view of Coppenhagen from the top is extraordinary! The climb is steep and narrow so if you are afraid of heights or claustrophobic this is not for you. The outside portion of the climb around the church spiral is breathtaking. Beautiful landmark.

“Long Walk Up, But Worth The Trip”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 5, 2013

The view from the top of the spire is truly magnificent. Narrow winding indoor staircase before moving outside to climb the circular stairs around the spire.

“lovely renovated church”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 5, 2013

We stopped in to this church for a short visit at the end of a long day. It is a beautiful church that has just been recently renovated. It is worth a visit just to see the incredible organ. A local guy who was selling brochures in the church gave us a good amount of information and showed us the pew the queen uses when she visits, which is about once a year. we did not climb the outside tower as we had been to the top of the Round tower earlier in the day and did not think it would be much different of a view for the cost.
