If you are interested in the history of beer, you won't want to miss this tour. They have several old delivery trucks and wagons from days gone by. They also have a very good display of old bottles and memorabilia collected during the breweries existence. The brewery goes back to the mid-nineteenth century and the architecture of the buildings is interesting as well.

A bit difficult to find, and a longer walk away from downtown, but once there it is a quite interesting and fun tour.
The old brewery is both a museum and beer tasting trip at the bar, and some good history of brewing. It is a self guided tour, but loads of information explaining what everything is.
Also, the site includes a small garden of statues bought/belonging to Carlsberg, which also are quite nice.
The brewery tour is awesome, and with lots of old cars and other transport for beer, giving you a good feel of how the beer was distributed back in history.

I may be the only person ever to think that the Carlsberg Visitor Centre is the most cryptically hidden attraction ever. And I hadn't even had any beer yet!!

Once I found it, I would have to say; a little underwhelming. There are much better things to spend your afternoon doing in Copenhagen.

The Carlsberg museum is a great attraction geared up for tourists and we were really pleasantly surprised by the visitor center. Walking around the ground was also interesting.
