“Great animals and free entry with the Copenhagen Card”
Reviewed August 10, 2013

This zoo has a lot if great animals - red pandas, penguins, elephants, tigers, and more - and it is very user-friendly for those who don't seal Danish. It's also accessible by public transportation, which is great. If you have a Copenhagen Card, your ride there and back are covered, and so is your entrance, so it's a great deal. I just wish they had larger enclosures for the animals. Some of them seemed quite small :(

“They try to care for the animals”
Reviewed August 8, 2013

I'm not a great fan of Zoos but Copenhagen Zoo is one of the better ones. It's clean and gives the appearance that the animals are at home and comfortable. Its a good size as you can find everything quite easily although its spread out. Best time is in the winter. If its a hot day all the large cats are sleeping in the distance but wintertime they can be seen playing in the snow. Its a bit pricy to get in, the restauarant is not great for the price but if you want to see wild animals you go to the zoo or get a DVD. I prefer the real life experience complete with the stink.

“Very large Zoo”

Great for the family and well set out. My only dislike is seeing some of the animals in too small a compound

“Animal Watch”
Reviewed August 2, 2013

A time for visiting the beautiful animals we have in our ZOO. It is worth a visit for a whole day. There are lots of different animals, resaturants, souvenir shops, the Zoo tower and playgrounds for the kids. If you go up in the tower you will be able to have a look over Copenhagen and the suburbs. Really worth your time.
