“Pretty over-rated”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 21, 2013

If you're intending on walking along the harbour frontage by the Amaliehaven heading for the Citadel, then it's worth including this. It's fairly small and continually surrounded by visitors so don't expect too much time spent here. I guess it has become a perceived 'must-see' but in reality Copenhagen has much, much more to see. If you're pressed for time, it's probably not worth the walk.

“A hyped attraction”

by goodness how hyped is this as the "to see" attraction in Copenhagen which when you eventually find it is under whelming to say the least, if you are tight for time don't bother

“Small and disappointing”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 16, 2013

Saw this on the Copenhagen boat tour. Very small and extremely disappointing. Certainly not worth the time if you have other things to do on your trip to Copenhagen.

“A must do....when in Copenhagen!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 15, 2013 via mobile

We had A good walk along the water's edge on a crisp sunny morning from Nyhaven to the Mermaid statue. A few photos and a cup of coffee and we had seen Copenhagen's famous landmark-although small it is quite beautiful!

“It was nice to have seen but rather small...”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 10, 2013 via mobile

It was nice to have seen such a famous statue and the symbol of Copenhagen but as we were expecting a big, majestic statue it was disappointingly small. You could not touch it as it was in the water and the factories in the background kind of spoilt the view. Still it was nice to have seen.
