Choose this hotel because of the price and the location close to the trainstation. Stayed or 5 nights It is run down and old. The bathroom is very basic, the shower is terrible, very bad pressure, yet everything in the bathroom is wet after showering. Mould in the corners. The worst part was the cigarette smoke from the hallway that filled our room constantly during our stay, also during the night. Our chlotes stank after beeing in the room for a short while. Disguisting!! Will never go back.

Myself and my Hubby went to Copenhagen for a little break and this seemed like a reasonable hotel for the price. Pictures looked good and location was ideal so we booked it. The location was definitely good and it was easy to walk to nearly all places we wanted to visited, unfortunately though the atmosphere within was somewhat frosty. We arrived several hours earlier than check in and asked to leave our bags, the lady on the front desk was unhelpful and spoke in one word syllables. Very abrupt and not at all helpful in welcoming us to the city or offering advice for things to see. After we had checked in we proceeded to the room and were very disappointed with it, not at all like the "management" photos that are used to advertise the place.

There were stains throughout the carpet, curtains and bed base, black mould in the bathroom, towels that more like flannels and no tea/coffee facilities.

We had a busy schedule planned so we were not in the room much throughout the course of our stay, but we wouldn't use this hotel again and would suggest that the 3 star rating be reviewed. It was much more a hostel than a hotel.

This hotel is in a good location next to the train station and museums & sights and cool bars/restaurants. There's a few sex shops nearby but they are no bother at all if you're not horrified by the very existence of them. Room was clean, staff very polite and nice. Beds really comfortable. It isn't the Hilton but it's probably better value for money.

Booked this place for new years weekend. Prices in Copenhagen were very high, wgen we found this place where we got a very good deal. Location is good and the surroundings are not as bad as they used to be. Staff were friendly and reception big with lots of space. Rooms are not the best though and there is no ventilation at all, so the air inside the room gets terrible. Rooms are also a bit cramped and worn. Worst bit is the bathrooms, which are in a terrible state. They should be renovated immediately. Will never go back to this place, except if we get another superdeal

Arrived here after overnight flight from LAX. Went to hotel 9am tired be jet lagged. Check in time was 2pm. We were told could not check in early sit in lobby from 9_1:30. We asked after couple hrs please let us go to room. The woman manager said No!my husband a retired Hilton employee for 45 yrs asked as a courtesy to let us cm in a littl. e. Yes u can for 100 extra on top of our posted rate!!!! So we're told do you want to talk to owner. Very nasty and yelling at us. After almost threatening to put us out let us go to room after sitting in lobby after 41/2 hrs! Room was so small 2 suitcases hardly fit. Mold around bathroom door and floor. Carpet stained old.Rug in halls coming apart and dirty. Towels were thin ugh! Their luggage room was wide open and anyone could put 1 bag in take 2-3 out. Bed was ok. Manager needs to be trained on hotel rules and guest services. Only thing going for this place is location! Great! Newtonian train station. Walk thru and you're at Tivoli Gardens! Near restaurants. Bars shopping. Needs complete makeover and get rid of uncaring bossy nasty woman manager! This was in nov. 2014. Hotels are all around this area which is very alive. Hated to go to hotel at night past front desk dirty looks. Loved Copenhagen and their people but not at this hotel. RUN!!!!!!!

Room Tip: Don't even go here
