First don't buy the wifi for the room as the free lobby wifi permeates most rooms I was in 201 at the back of the building, which is the best place to be for a quiet night,
the breakfast is served on the fifth floor with limited views over the rooftops as for the breakfast it is a continental style affair no hot food apart from the boiled eggs and toast but a selection of breads cheese cold meats salads cereals yogurts fruit and tea coffee chocolate fruit juices and pastries, as said in offer post the train station is just 5min away.
I would recommend for the first full day the use of the bikes (there is a cost) as we found the bike lanes free and easy to use and most if not all attractions are no more then a 15min bike ride away,
yes the rooms are quite small but you will only be sleeping in them and the beds are larger than normal the shower was a power shower and there was a LG TV for news, know Copenhagen is not cheap but which capital city is?
But as usual if you go off the tourist places the prices do come down a bit a burger fries and a soft drink is about 150 kroner for two, but don't be put off, as it is one of the best places we have been to.

Room Tip: At the back of the hotel not overlooking the central courtyard

This hotel is well located being a 5minute walk to the train station, 7 min walk to the main entrance of the Tivoli Gardens and a 10/15 minute walk to the city center attractions. The rooms are perhaps a little bit dated, but nothing out of the ordinary. The beds were certainly comfortable, so that's the main thing really. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the buffet breakfast was of a good quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a well located crashpad for a weekend stay.

Hotel chosen as wife smokes and this was on a list of hotels in Copenhagen with some smoking rooms. Room very good with flatscreen TV. Only a shower in bathroom but as only for three nights not a problem. No coffee or tea making facilities in room, coffee 45 DKr at the bar so suggest a "takeaway" coffee from one of the nearby food places or seven11. Very central for all amenities, 10 minutes walk from Central Station. Breakfast full selection on a "Continental" basis, but no cooked food.

The Copenhagen Crown is just okay. The room we stayed in felt dated, and the bathroom -- as others have noted -- smelled slightly of sewer gas. We asked for a quiet room and were given a room on the courtyard -- big mistake. Since it was warm while we were there, we needed to keep our windows open. The hotel encourages gathering in the courtyard by keeping a couple of tables and several chairs out there. So every night, groups of people were out there very late at night smoking and talking. They weren't partying, just talking at normal volume, but the echoing inside the courtyard amplified every little sound. And the smoking was just constant and really unpleasant for a couple of nonsmokers to endure. Also, there was a food delivery one morning at 4:15 a.m. which included lots of banging around (and more smoking!) for a good half hour or so. Hope you enjoy the breakfast, because if you're in a courtyard room you certainly hear it arrive!

The good things about this hotel include the lower price and the breakfast, which I found to be well-stocked. The neighborhood is fine but not very interesting. I think in the future I'll cough up (pun intended) the extra dollars to stay at a nicer place with an air conditioning system.

Room Tip: Don't stay in a courtyard room, especially if you need to have the windows open.

We stay one night before taking a cruise and another night after the cruise. The first night our room was looking at the Main Street, avoid that room. It is extremely noisy I barely couldn't sleep and I was very tired after a very long trip. The hotel staff was very helpful. My husband luggage was lost and they help us in calling the airline to follow up on the status. The other night we got an inside room and the difference was huge compare to the other one. It is walk distance to the Tivoli Gardens and Central station. Breakfast was ok. Wifi is free on the lobby, but we were able to get signal on the first night because our room was on the first floor.
