Stayed here with my husband and 3 adult children. Exactly what we wanted, clean, quiet, comfortable and within easy reach of all the sites. A short walk to the main shopping area. Literally around the corner from the main train station. Nice bar in the evening. Breakfast well organised and a nice variety of food. Only down side is no facilities to make a cup of tea!
Ate in Nyhavn one evening for a treat which was excellant.

Room Tip: Plan your days - day trip to Malmo very enjoyable - expensive place to eat, but good choices at good...

If you want an excellent location, clean rooms and fair price, this hotel can be recommended.

Do not expect anything above a normal hotel standard, but everything is clean and works, beds are OK, you will have free wifi that works, and helpful staff with 24h service at the desk.

Decent breakfast.

Room Tip: Even the rooms facing the street are quiet as long as you don't open the windows.

Stayed 4 nights and hotel location near train station (in station head for left luggage at far end of platforms and go down stairs and out door cross road and go left for 10 yds then take right - hotel about 100 yds up road on corner opp chinese - Foo Lam think it was.

Room tried 3 - 2 on 3rd floor strong smells in toilets, 2nd floor dglazing ineffective could hear traffic and street noise then got courtyard facing 412 bigger bedroom and bathroom and very quiet.(little tired though). (take travel kettle if want tea/coffee making facilities as none in room)Reception staff very helpful.

Breakfast continental style plenty choice for most folk

Plenty other hotels and rests in area and some red light activity - altho no-one approached us (characters with beer cans were plentiful). If you went right out of hotel and crossed road past Chinese and carried on a better area at end of road with lots of food places and no red light activity.

Copenhagen is very nice and very walkable for most folk.Coffee and cake ave £6 per person, main course and beer in Asian rests approx £15- £20 per person.

Rosenborg Slot worth a visit, Nyhaven lovely, canal boat trip good, Danish resistanceMuseum really good (closed 3pm on Friday and its free).

Malmo worth the trip some nice squares, old buildings to see and cross the Oresund Bridge.

Hotels in Copenhagen are expensive - cost was approx twice cost of 4 star Boutique hotel in Prague for example but thats the way it is .

Enjoyed stay in Denmark, trip to Sweden and Hotel was ok but would prob try another if went back

Room Tip: Highfloor internal Courtyard facing rooms- we were in 412

The location of this hotel is perfect. The Copenhagen central railwaystation is literally just the around the corner. The amusement park Tivoli is just minutes away. And Copenhagens biggest shoppingstreet is also in walking distance. There are a few oriental type restaurants near the hotel, but there isn't a long walk to the others either, depends whta you want to eat of course.

I stayed five nights with a friend. We were able to get our room before the usual arriving time (3pm). Our room was on the first floor. Especially during the nighttime you could hear the noise from the streets very well. So if possible try to get a room from the upper floors. Room was basic. Clean when we arrived and it was cleaned daily. No fridge or minibar in this room. The drains in the toilet had bit of a smell, especially in the mornings. The shower facilities were average.

The hotel staff was really friendly and they all spoke good english. The breakfast was very good, buffet type.

All in all I could say that you get great value for your money in this hotel.

Room Tip: Higher floors have less noise.

6 friends stayed here for the weekend. The hotel rooms were basic as expected but very clean & comfortable beds. Staff very friendly & helpful. Great access to train station across road to airport. Lots of eateries close by as well as Tivoli. Good breakfast & great value overall if you just need somewhere to put your head. There was free wifi too. We would return.

My first impression of this hotel was good the lobby and bar area were spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful with all our needs. However the only thing that let them down was the size of the room. We had a triple and found it very cramped.the bathroom was tiny and had a bad smell due to no ventilation. I don't think I will be going back.

We turned up 3 hours early (a family of 5) but were still able to check-in as the room was ready. The reception staff were extremely helpful & polite. Breakfast was good the following morning, and check-out was smooth. We wanted to store our suitcases in the luggage room while we visited Tivoli during the day, but this was full due to a coach arrival in the morning - but the manager was extremely helpful & suggested that we leave our luggage in his office while we were at Tivoli and could collect it when we returned - service with a smile :)
The location of the hotel is ideal for the centre of Copenhagen. Less than 5 minutes walk to Tivoli and approximately 2 minutes walk from the train station. Rates are also very reasonable. We had a family room which comprised of a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed - and we all slept really comfortably..... I think I have now found my main stay whenever I visit copenhagen in the future!
