Great location, near from everything. We stayed there 4 nights and never used public transportation or taxi to visit the city centre. The staff was nice and the breakfast was great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone want to be well located, but in a quiet street!

Stayed here recently with my husband and grown up son and we loved it. Smart hotel with very friendly and helpful staff especially Lene on reception who was absolutely wonderful. She was like a breath of fresh air, always smiling and happy and extremely helpful and when we checked out we felt like we had left a friend behind. We stayed on the 5th floor and had a balcony and a side view of the harbour and the room was very good. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of things to choose from. Hotel very close to harbour and centre and only a few minutes walk to the metro which we used to get to the airport It only cost 108 Danish kroner for the 3 of us which was much cheaper than a taxi. Hotel has a small bar and we loved sitting in the lounge area with a drink on the comfy sofas. Beers etc were cheaper in the hotel than a lot of the restaurants at the harbour. We had a great stay and would certainly visit again.

Room Tip: 5th floor was great

We were initially impressed by the hotel. Entry and public areas are very pleasant and staff welcoming and helpful. We had a lower price point room which was small but had a pleasant feel. Large window looked partly on to offices next door but a bit of a garden view also and it was quiet so conducive to sleep. However the room needs a sheer privacy curtain! Nice and clean, good carpet and fittings. BUT, in 3 days, half of the showers were tepid to cold, and the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor. Not good enough for a hotel at this price point. Location is quite central and breakfast was fresh and tasty.

We've stayed here 3 times with the most recent Oct 2013. We opt for the Jr Suites which look out on the water and an upper room to avoid the foot traffic on the street which can spill out occasionally. Great breakfast - make sure it's included when you book. Good central locale and easy drive from airport - taxi is DKK225. Friendly staff.

Room Tip: Higher floors and Jr suites

Currently in room 1108 for the 2nd night. Room is small but cozy,,wifi works, and coffee and tea are available in the room which is pleasant. Beware! Noise from the water pipes goes on all day and night and at 6:00 the garbage containers are pushed around in front of the window so do not leave the window open!! Other than that reasonable hotel with good service (except ignoring my comment on the water pipes and suggesting I use ear plugs!!!). Hmmm ....

Room Tip: Avoid lower floors and keep the window close unless you need a 6am wake up call for the garbage truc...

Nice hotel. Nice location close to Nyhaven. We were there in July so the room was a little warm. Had a room on the first floor facing the canal so there was a bit of noise if you left the windows open. Other than that everything was great. Good breakfast too.

Close to harbour area and associated cafes bars etc. A bit impersonal but that is OK. Clean and functional. Breakfast fine but would have been a bit samey after two nights for me. Would recommend for a stopover as they seem very organised. Lacked a wow factor though.
