The hotel is located very close to the train station (Vesterport) and the Tivoli area. Also very good dining options within a walking distance of the hotel.
Rooms were quite small and the lighting in the room inadequate, at least in the main room. It had free WiFi and worked well in our room. Breakfast was standard and fine although the coffee was terrible. Probably the worst coffee I have ever tasted.
The front staff was very pleasant and helpful. One very disturbing thing was that when it was the morning for the check-out, the cleaning lady knocked on our door at 8am and shouted cleaning!?! Well I woke up because I was sleeping and went to the door. She was not there so I put the do not disturb -sing on the door. My friends were also woken up in similar matter but they did not put the sign and the cleaning lady came back a couple of times. Luckily she did not used her keys to get in. This left a bad feeling about the hotel although this was just an isolated incident.
