Stayed at this hotel during a business trip in December. Perfect location. Just a couple of minutes walk from the Central Station, 5 min walk from Tivoli and within 10 min you are at Strøget.

The rooms are quite small, and some of them need some renovation. I was lucky and got a quiet room, not all my colleagues got that...

Good breakfast, with plenty to choose from. A bit chaotic during the weekend if you eat late, but during weekdays it is not a problem.

Staff at the Front desk are very helpful and service minded. They met all our complainants with a smile and came up with quick solutions.

I will probably not stay at this hotel again if I go on my own, but for business and larger groups it is quite OK.

Room Tip: High floor and window towards the backyard if you want a good nights sleep.

Hi Lisavel

Thank you for taking out the time to write this review. We appreciate your feedback.
I am glad to hear you enjoyed the location and breakfast of the hotel. We know that it can be quite busy in the breakfast area at times, and that is why we recommend out guests to eat early – especially during the weekend, where it can seem a bit crowded at times. No matter what, there will always be room for our guests in the breakfast restaurant.
I will let the front desk know they did a good job. I am glad to hear you were satisfied with the level of service.

Some of the rooms can be considered smaller in comparison to other hotels around the globe. But we always make sure that our rooms live up to the standard, which is expected of us. Next time, try our superior rooms – they are larger and more spacious.

We try to embrace every type of travel – everything from large groups on leisure to single person trip on business. I am sorry to hear that you wouldn’t choose our hotel in the future. If there is anything we can do to change your mind, do not hesitate to contact me through phone or e-mail.
We hope to see you again at Scandic Webers.

Best regards,
Marlene Frez

if you are used to stay at Scandics you will feel "home"

Staff is really nice. Rooms are not big but weel organised.

Bad points are no parking attached to the hotel (and prohibitive price for the unique 24h deal they offer), and the guys down the street.
Not far from Tivoli and City Center.
I got a room on the side of the building and must admit it was pretty quite.
Wifi works great and you really have all you need.

One point....the shower is "Italian" style.....but the floor is too flat...guess what happens.

Room Tip: not on front neither back street

Hi Chris
Thank you very much for your review and good suggestions for improvement. We are glad that you felt at home at Scandic – that is one of the most important missions to us: To give our guests a home away from home.
We hope you enjoyed all the things Copenhagen can offer.

We do not have private parking at our hotel, but offer a special price for our guests to use a private parking facility, 50 meters from our hotel.

We are currently renovating several of our bathrooms, so the problem with water on the floor should be fixed.
We hope to see you another time here at Webers.

Best Regards,
Marlene Frez

The best thing is the location. Very close to the central station and walkind distance from all the attractions.
That does not mean that the rest of the hotel is not good, but the rooms are quiet small and the building is a little bit dated. A strange thing was an annoying weird (eathrquake -like) noise in the room (it was repetitive).
The staff was friendly ad helpful. The breakfast very good.
In general it is a very good hotel to stay in if you are not demanding.

Thank you for taking out your time to write your review. It means a lot to us to know your thoughts and overall expression of your stay at our hotel.
We are sorry to hear that the room size didn’t meet your expectations. Try our superior rooms next time you come to visit. They are larger and more spacious and are good, if you want to give yourself a little something extra.

We have renovated several of our rooms and are still renovating rooms, so they can meet the expectations of our hotel standard..
We are glad you enjoyed the breakfast and our staff. We do all what we can to make our guest feel at home when staying at Webers.

We hope to see you sometime in the future!

We stayed at the Scandic Webers for three nights during a wonderful trip to Copenhagen. The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. If you're arriving by train as we did from the airport, it is only a two-minute walk away. The receptionist who checked us in was really friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome in a new country.
Our room was on the fourth floor, which meant it was nice and quiet. However, it was rather small, with the bed going right up to the window. It was indeed cosy and it was clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was an empty fridge, which was useful for wine we purchased in the supermarket down the road, and there was a safe. The only problem was that our safe was stiff and each time we put in our code, instead of it swinging open, we had to prize it open with a key. The room had air-conditioning, which was handy to regulate the temperature despite it being winter.
The bathroom was also rather small and only had a shower, which was disappointing. It was more like a wet room, but there was enough room to shower. Sadly there weren't any shelves in the bathroom on which to put toiletries etc. The provided Swedish soap, shower gel and shampoo were very nice and kind to the skin, unlike the provisions in many hotels.
Breakfast was very good indeed. There was a great selection of breads, meats, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon etc. as well as grains, cereals, pastries, juices and hot drinks. The only real disappointment with the selection was the cheese, as there were only three varieties of what was essentially the same cheese - Danbo. Staff in the breakfast room were not very good at clearing away plates, though.
When we checked out, the man at reception was not as friendly as the lady who checked us in but he was obliging in storing our luggage for the day. We were, however, not particularly happy with the arrangement for storing luggage as he simply gave us the keycard for the luggage room and we were to put our luggage in and return the keycard to him. When we returned later on, he did the same, giving us the keycard to help ourselves to our luggage. It did not strike us as being the most secure method.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, particularly due to the perfect location and excellent breakfast. We got good value for money.

Room Tip: Opt for a large room if you're not comfortable with a small room, which appears to be the norm.

Hi George.
Thank you very much for your review. We are very happy that you had a nice stay at our hotel.
We are also glad to hear that you enjoyed the facilities. We are sorry to hear that the size of the room didn’t meet your expectations. Try our superior rooms next time you come to visit – They are bigger and more spacious.
Our luggage room is a service to our guests and it is on the guests own responsibility when using the luggage room. The luggage room is always locked and can only be opened with a key from the reception. If any of our guests have anything of valuable, we will be more than happy to store it in our reception, where our receptionists always will be present.
We hope to welcome you back to Scandic Webers another time.

Last week I had a business trip to Copenhagen. Traditionally I picked up a Scandic hotel. This time it was Scandic Webers. It looks like Scandic. It smells like Scandic. It even smiles like Scandic. The stuff is friendly. Reciption is very kind. The variety of breakfast dishes is wide enough. I only missed my favorite kottbullar (meatballs) and sausages. But the rooms are too old! The wallpapers in the room came unstuck somewhere. The room furniture is actually older than me. In the center of Copenhagen!

Hi Josemitry
Thank you very much for your review. We are glad to hear, you had a good experience at our hotel and we thank you for all the kind words.
We are renovating several of our rooms to freshen up the look and meet the expectations of our rooms. We have kept our fifth floor the original way to keep some of the classic rooms, which many of our guests enjoy.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a restaurant at our hotel. We choose to have a stylish bar that serves refreshing drinks, wine and beer from all over the world. We know it is not kottbullar, but try one next time you come to stay – we promise you’ll enjoy it!
Best Regards,
Marlene Frez

We spent two nights at Scandic Webers last weekend. The journey from the airport took only 15 minutes and the hotel was only a two minute walk if you come out of the main entrance a the train station and turn left. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was on the third floor and clean and comfortable. Our friends were on the ground floor and their room was much smaller but it was clean and tidy and we didn't plan on spending much time in the rooms anyway! The breakfast was really good, plenty of choices and topped up regularly. The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was only a 5 minute walk to Tivoli Gardens and another 5 into the city centre and shops. Lots of buses run regularly to take you further afield. We bought a Copenhagen pass when we arrived at the airport and we used this to go on trains and buses as well as using it to visit castles and palaces and the Tivoli. It was £62 for a 72 hour pass and it was worth it - no fumbling around with change and instant access wherever we went. Copenhagen is a fantastic city to visit and I would recommend Scandic Webers as value for money and ideally situated for a short stay.

Location was nice in the centre, breakfast good quality, no queques. Rooms are regular size, cosy and nice. We rent bicycles from hotel, the staff was very nice and everything was just perfect for a weekend trip. No complains at all.
