Room for a bed and nothing else. Me and my boyfriend were practically tripping over each other. Very basic good breakfast. Very poor staff service and attention. They don't even look up to acknowledge you! There is a bar but it's not open all day so not even anywhere to get a coffee!
Oh and the shower has massive gaps all round the door so if you shower you'll flood the bathroom. Not very clever.....

Room Tip: Not facing the courtyard with drunk people screaming all night in the outdoor bar. Book a double ro...

This hotel is pathetic. We were charged $450.00 for a saggy bed, bugs in the room,no service and complete chaos in the lobby. The place is disgusting and the attitude and lack of a respectable product will eventually catch up to this place. Damm it to hell

Trying to share a room with a colleague on a business trip, this hotel seemed completely unsuited. It has an older wing with tiny rooms (if you can't fit your suitcase under the bed, get used to some climbing, and it's a lot of fun trying to reach the bathroom light switch while your roommate is sleeping 3 cm away from it and the door). There are bigger rooms in a newer wing, but this has very "trendy" bathrooms - a swing door that cannot be locked or even closed without a hug gap, and a semi-see-through shower in the middle in the room serving as the bathroom "wall".The showers appear dirty, though this seems to be rather a fault of material than the cleaning staff, who seem to be doing a great job otherwise. Aside from this, the reception staff is not exactly welcoming or open for requests (though at least the breakfast staff is very friendly). Contrary to the (hopefully by now updated?) description on their web site, breakfast was not included, and the promised included "global teasers" evening buffet was replaced without notice by 50% off their a la carte restaurant dinners! The highly advertised ice bar is just a bar across the court for which you have to pay to enter like any other non-guest, otherwise you won't even get to glimpse inside. Also, depending on the location of your room, this can make your nights rather noisy...

Rooms small but clean, quiet, and modern. Within walking distance to most activities. Very helpful staff. We felt safe and welcome. Awesome breakfast buffet. We would definitely return.

Stayed here last week.
The pros
- location is superb. A short walk from the central station and close to the main shopping streets and Tivoli.

The cons
- the rooms are soulless
-our bathroom was pretty much in the bedroom, with a 'door' meaning that all goings on in the bathroom could be heard in the bedroom.
- the bathroom (which was tiny) gets wet quickly, as there is a gap in the shower door, thus water flowed into the bathroom.
- no room service

Room Tip: Don't come here.

Stayed here for one night with my husband and found the hotel to be perfect for our needs. The location is excellent, staff were friendly and the room was lovely, albeit quite small. The furniture was modern and a bit quirky (which I liked) and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom had a great shower with slate floor and wall tiles. We had breakfast at 9 am, and found the dining area to be slightly inadequate for the number of guests, so people were waiting for tables to become available, however the breakfast itself was excellent with good quality food and a large choice. The hotel has a nice bar and there is also an Ice Bar connected to the hotel which is worth a visit. It was quite expensive for entrance and one cocktail, but a bit of laugh.

Room Tip: Allow extra time for breakfast.
