The Fishmarket, as you would expect, is a seafood restaurant. But rather than the usual Danish fare, they serve a wide variety of seafood, with a French influence. The is a prix fixe menu, which varies from day to day, but you can order a la carte. We shared a salmon ceviche which was excellent. I had a lovely Bouillabaisse and my husband had sole in a lemon caper sauce. One complaint was that, for a restaurant specializing in seafood, they should have deboned the fish at the table.
The atmosphere is casual, with white tile on the floors and walls. The wine list is good, but wines are very price, as is everything in Copenhagen! Worth a visit.
