“Wonderful!”
Reviewed September 10, 2012

This is a restaurant with French cooks and very helpful and attentive staff. It's not in the best location but handy if you are staying near to the Station or Tivoli gardens. I couldn't fault the food or the service and would definitely recommend it.
The chef also makes and sells the most wonderful French macaroons which are to die for.

“worthy of it's #2 ranking”
Reviewed September 5, 2012

Our group of 4 were quite pleased with every aspect of this restaurant. Three of us had the sea bass---over the top!!! Service was exceptional---something we had not found in the other two eateries. Deserts were raved about by all of us and in general a happy dining experience. Would highly reccomend and for sure would visit again! Thanks again trip advisor for your rating!!!

“Great find”
Reviewed August 25, 2012

Following the Trip Adviser recommendation we booked for Brasserie Degas, however the taxi driver had no idea where it was,
Although a French Brasserie the decor is clean & minimalst reminding you you are in Scandanavia. The service was great, attentive but not overbearing & the food was delicious, especially the duck breast with chanerelles. Puding was great but perhaps 5 small puddings was just too much, we couldn't manage the petit fours!
We felt we had had a great meal & actully returned the next night to enjoy yet more of the delights.

“Great dinner!”
Reviewed August 24, 2012

Discovered this restaurant during a biz trip for dinner and what a find! Nice location, close to Central station, nice decor and great food and wine selection (I am French). Overall our culinary experience (one of us took the 3 course option and my business partner and I went à la carte) was excellent. For appetizer I order the mussels soufflé which was delicious and for entrée I had the duck confit which was tender and crispy at the same time. The dessert selection is great (I recommend the sampler which is sharable). Great wine list as well. The service was excellent which is something in Denmark. Overall great French dinner experience! Will come back.

“Brasserie Degas”
Reviewed August 23, 2012

Getting off a fabulouus we were hard to impress, but impress they did at this fine restaurant. It is unassuming in decor but that's all that is ordinary. The food and prep were really top notch. The cuisine was that of a much pricier restaurant. This was a wonderful experience.
