A cosy little restaurant in the upcoming Meatpacking district. Budget-friendly (compared to the rest of Copenhagen) and rather brilliant in its concept (they use every single part of the animal from...well nose to tail).
They don't offer vegetarian options but if you are ok with fish then there is something on the menu for you as well.
There is something really appealing to this place, both as an idea but also as execution (gorgeous food) and the ambiance of the place made it a cherished memory for me.
It's not very big as a space, so a reservation for a Friday/Saturday is a good idea.
