Stayed for one night on business. Only rooms available were "small single". The description is absolutely right! Very small room, to be fair clean , and bed and bedding comfortable. Breakfast not exactly outstanding and very expensive. I found the hotel a bit characterless. Staff were not rude but not very friendly either. Trying to get my rate switched to our local company rate needed the Queen of Denmark's approval so never happened!

I guess this is Copenhagen so expect it to be expensive but £250 for a tiny room and a no better than average breakfast is really not worth it.

This hotel is a little piece of Danish history. Many famous guests stayed here: politicians, movie stars, ...

Hotel is what you can expect from a 4 stars, not extraordinary but a very nice place to stay anyway.

I highly recommend the Radisson Blu Royal hotel in copenhagen. I've stayed there a few times and just love the walls of full windows for the views. We've stayed in corner rooms and the daylight coming in and views day and night are worth it. The bed is comfortable, I didn't particularly like the shower or the lack of lighting in the bathroom, although this was alleviated during the day due to the windows. The free gym was an actual fitness center attached to the hotel which was a nice bonus, rather than the terrible hotel gyms you usually get. Its a decent walk to get to the Ny Havn area (at least 20 minutes down the Stroget), but its seem to be in the location where most of the hotels are. Breakfast was included in our rate and the views from breakfast are stunning as well, even more so because they are on the top floor. Hotel staff is okay, nothing to write home about.

I was looking forward to visiting Copenhagen in December and chose this hotel due to positive reviews on Trip Advisor. However, due to heavy snow in London, our flight was cancelled and we couldn't make it.

Obviously this impacted a large number of people and most providers were happy to provide a full refund as a good will gesture to travellers who were impacted by the poor weather (we got a full refund from the airlines), however, we were disappointed that Radisson SAS have refused to provide a refund - I acknowledge that it was within their right to not refund our room however it was circumstances beyond my control.

We will not be staying at the Radisson on our future travels.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I had to.

Having spent hours wondering which hotel in Copenhagen would be suitable to celebrate the New Year’s Eve… I decided to choose the Radisson Blu... so glad I did. The service is outstanding.

I stayed in a standard single room looking out on to Tivoli Garden (amazing view!). The room was great and spotlessly clean. The bed was very confortable.

When people travel usually it’s all about location, and let me tell you, if you want to be in the center of the city with everything around, this is definitely the place to be. Everything is within walking distance. Literally!

Very helpful and friendly staff, Front Desk staff were very nice and polite, especially Vilde who was very kind and so helpful.

Without a shadow of a doubt this hotel made my New Year’s Eve celebration more joyful.
I highly recommend this hotel for everyone staying in Copenhagen.
I will definitely come back!

Simple - stay here. It's great.

The good. As with the last review, we start with the staff. Cheerful, helpful and welcoming. When booking a Royal Club room, we asked for a room up high with a view of Tivoli Gardens. We loved the view from room 1911, including the fireworks at Tivoli at 1800 on the 26th, which was a snow covered fairy-tale setting.

The bad. As last year. Nothing to note. Alberto K was closed, but that was communicated in advance, and reinforced on arrival.

The amusing? Several staff members recognized us from our visit last year. That was unexpected and quite nice to find in a large business hotel.

All in all, we're glad we came back for Christmas.
