Easy to find at the pier, but the bus wasn't looking its best. Some of the headphones sockets didn't work and it was a very bumpy ride. We did both trips and I don't think two can be justified it was a little boring!

HoHo buses are my favorite way of visiting a town. That´s why i rushed to this one in Copenhagen, but unfortunately was disappointed comparing with the other HOHO busses i have tried earlier! The trip itself is ok, and is positive that they offer WIFI onboard. The negative is that is only one trip around the town that takes one hour and if you go off you have to wait one hour to the next one.
- The audio guide was quite good but it didn’t say the nr or witch stop we were arriving and what we could se nearby, the bus driver said the nr of the stop in the speakers but I couldn´t hear it since I was listening to the tape!
In my opinion is not worth the money you pay.
Copenhagen is a nice town and it seems to be very easy and pleasant just to walk, also where the mermaid is located is a very nice park.

we usually do the big bus tour in any city as a good way to get your bearings and find out a few facts but the one in Copenhagen was not worth the money. This tour only lasts an hour and for 15 minutes of it we were stuck in traffic near the Queen's residence. We got off at Rosenburg Palace and then a lady told us that the next bus was the last one so be sure not to miss it.....it was 1pm in the afternoon!!
Not worth the 15 Euro per person that it cost.

Having used "Hop on and Hop-Off" in many many countries in the world, America, Cape Town South Africa, Australia etc, we thought this would be a great opportunity to learn about Denmark's Copenhagen sights, what a disappointment that was, the tour itself was not bad, but what we were not aware of was that the busses start at 10am, but finish at 1pm??? So there we were, first hop off, walked around, looked at the changing of the guards, little lunch at Nyhavn, and then proceeded to wait an hour for the next bus, which incidentally didn't arrive!!! So we walked back to the Hotel. There was another alternative service called the "Stop-on, Step-off" which we were looking at when we are assured the original service was much better by the salesman, but we did however see 2 of the other "Step-on, Step-off" busses come past in the time we stood in the cold!! The bus was cold, the driver announcements did not sound upstairs, so it was hard to know what he was saying, and a number of earphone plugs didn't work, so on the whole, a disappointing day!! We did however manage to get to the service by 10am the next day and were forced to stay on the entire route as the ticket did not allow for re-boarding after the 24 hour period.Non of the brochures that were on the bus informed us of the busses not running in the winter until 1, we were told by the bus driver the next day as they collect kindergarden children in the morning and the afternoon but we still pay the same price as what is charged in summer for the same service. Very disappointed.

We paid 150 kr for a ticket on this tour and we were satisfied that we got our moneys' worth. The trip is worth doing on your first day when you do not know the city as it helps you to get your bearings with the luxury of being on a bus at height. The bus stops at 12 locations dotted about the city and I would reccommend getting off at the little mermaid and the fountain location and walking around the royal palace grounds as the other 'sights' were merely that, worth a look at but nothing else. The audio guide was quite interesting though not brilliant. The bus tour is something which if you dont mind parting with your money is worthwhile, but is something that with hindsight we could have done without the bus, though without knowing Copenhagen you could easily become lost. So, in summary I would say it is worth the trip to get a feel for the city so that you can go on to explore it yourself afterwards. Also note that the ticket is valid for 24 hours so you can use it the following day to use as a 'taxi' to get to another part of the city.
