Amazing hotel and ace facilities! The gym and the sauna are a must. Really good breakfast and 10min from the city centre by tube.
The service was excellent and everyone made sure we had a perfect stay. Thanks!!

We booked our stay "on the fly" and we where aware of the location. This is a modern business hotel in the proximity of the Bella Conference Centre and it's should be possible to get some great deal at this hotel if no event is going on at the conference centre. The flip side of the coin is that you need to take the metro to down town Copenhagen.

What we did like with the hotel was the design including the open space with the rest areas.

Stayed for 3 nights with my son who was moving to a flat near Fields shopping centre up the road. Lovely striking hotel room was very nice and we had breakfast downstairs because the main restaurant was full but it was good. Very convenient for metro into town which takes just a few minutes. Staff very friendly. Overall a very good stay and would go back

Room Tip: High floor

Check in was quick and efficient. Room was immaculate, with very comfortable beds.
Breakfast buffet has something for everyone. Sky Bar has great cocktails with a fantastic view.
The staff were very friendly, and helpful.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 2018 very quiet, large deep bath, great view.

This hotel is situated near a green park area about 15 minutes by cycle or 10 mins by metro train from the city centre. We chose it for its location, as we prefer to stay in a quieter area. We had bikes with us, so it was easy to get in and out of the city and also go out in the evenings and the park area was quite pleasant to cycle through. Other people used the metro train and bus. Even a walk from the hotel to the city centre would not be out of the question, unless carrying luggage.

Our first impressions of the hotel were good - we saw it looming at the back of the park as we cycled towards it. Two massive tower buildings, connected with a bridge at the top. All angles and leaning lines. It really is an unusual and striking building. The hotel is next to a conference centre and mall. The hotel put on a free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

The hotel staff were very pleasant and friendly and check in/out was quick and efficient.
There are 23 floors, in two buildings, with the top floors connected by a 'Sky Walk' bridge. There is also a 23rd floor bar/restaurant with great views.

Our room had the 'wow' factor when we first entered it due to the amazing view over towards Copenhagen through floor to ceiling angled windows. The room was simply furnished and included a minibar, tea/coffee making facilities, a safe, wardrobe, hairdryer, free wifi & TV.
The bathroom had an overhead and standard shower, large sink, toiletries and there was a glass wall separating it from the bedroom on one side. This had a pattern across it, so it was no problem using the shower without being totally visible.
The room was very quiet at night and we slept very well. The beds were very comfortable too. It was possibly one of the best hotels we have stayed in for sleep quality.

The only thing that let down the room and made us score 4, rather than 5, was that there was a black 'throw' across the end of the beds which was filthy and looked as though it had never been washed. This was a real shame, and not to be expected in a hotel like this. We removed this immediately, along with 2 cushions, and left a note asking that they were not put back on the bed by the room maids.
Why didn't the hotel simply not put items on the bed that can not be laundered every week. If these hadn't been there we would certainly not have missed them - but putting them there dirty simply gives a poor impression which could so easily be avoided.

Breakfast was good - plenty to choose from and open for a long period.

We'd recommend this hotel if you are happy to stay a little out of town as it really is a special and unusual place with great staff. It would have been nice to give it 5, which it almost deserved.

Room Tip: I'd ask for a high floor with views of the city

We had a chance to have this hotel room a very reasonable price (only 130 EUR/night) for two people including breakfast. Staff was extremely helpful and the hotel itself was a modern as it could be. Spectacular view. Very easy to use public transportation to Copenhagen downtown, train station is only 5 minutes walk and it takes about 10 minutes to reach the downtown.

Room Tip: If you have a chance to pick up the room from the upper floors, use this opportunity

The hotel is striking to look at but inconvenient. The rooms are quite small but would have been acceptable, except there was no storage for belongings even thought this was a room for two. There was one drawer and a very small closet. The bathroom had a sink but no counter space, although it did have s small medicine cabinet. Where do they think that you are going to put your clothes if you're there for two weeks? The breakfast was plentiful, but the scrambled eggs smelled odd, and the last day, the eggs appeared to be floating in water. The bacon was incredibly greasy. But the breads were lovely and there were about six types of granola and plain and strawberry yogurt to put over the granola. The conference center was excellent, but the bar area in the lobby was "sunken" about six steep steps down with slippery wood stairs and no bannister. My companion and I had lunch in the bar - two hamburgers, a beer, and a soda which amounted to $70. Wow! Startling to say the least.
